waiting for the next big snow
We’re primed for a real doozy of a snow-storm over the next 24 hours. The Seattle School District has already announced all schools are closed for tomorrow. Today was generally quiet on Capitol Hill, with a few flurries in the morning. Adam and I walked to 15th Avenue for an appointment. I refused to tempt fate by taking the car up the hill even though it meant I had to carry Adam a mile on my shoulders. It was a very slushy mile.
He and I spent a couple hours outside this afternoon, throwing snowballs at each other and making reinforcements on our fort in the front yard. I think the neighbors are starting to wonder about me. Every time they look out their window, I’m rolling around in the snow. Tomorrow’s going to be a big day. Sled-o-rama!
